Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR business processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, unemployment, benefits, and compensation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Serve as a subject matter expert for HRSS processes, including monitoring system records, resolving discrepancies, conducting root cause analysis, and leveraging employee feedback to drive process excellence.

Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement HR services, policies, and programs aligned with business requirements and operational strategies.

Respond to complex Tier II employee inquiries on policies, pay, benefits, leave, performance management, and recognition, while handling Tier I transactions with speed and accuracy; escalate cases as needed.

Support international HR operations such as employment eligibility, visa/immigration processes, international transfers, and relocation assignments in partnership with Global Mobility teams.

Manage sensitive employee interactions with professionalism, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution of escalated cases.

Analyze HR processes and systems, providing recommendations and corrective action plans to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.

Ensure adherence to established HRSS processes, governance, and corporate policies, while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.

Prioritize workload effectively, flexing between Tier I and Tier II services based on demand and business need, engaging management for approvals or guidance as required.
