Chemistry Faculty(CHSE)

• Teaching and Instruction:Delivering lectures, conducting laboratory sessions, and creating course materials like syllabi, assignments, and handouts.
• Curriculum Development:Developing and updating course content, ensuring it aligns with academic standards and promotes student understanding.
• Student Evaluation:Assessing student performance through exams, projects, and laboratory work, and providing feedback.
• Laboratory Supervision:Overseeing students during laboratory experiments, ensuring safe and proper usage of equipment.
• Mentorship and Advising:Providing academic guidance and mentorship to students, helping them with their academic and career goals.
• Departmental and Institutional Involvement:Participating in faculty meetings, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and program development, and contributing to departmental initiatives.
• Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of advancements in the field of chemistry and incorporating relevant new findings into the curriculum.
• Research and Publication:(For some positions) Conducting research, publishing findings, and seeking research funding.
