Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Delhi on a full-time basis. As a Junior-level position, candidates should have between 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers and articulating the unique benefits of our steam therapy systems.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively convey product benefits and engage with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Strong skills in email marketing to engage and nurture prospective clients through strategic campaigns.
  • Ability to apply negotiation techniques to close sales while maintaining beneficial terms for both parties.
  • Experience in pipeline management to track sales progress and forecast outcomes accurately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Results-driven mentality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Engage with prospective customers through calls and emails to introduce SteamPRO's innovative steam solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
  • Utilize CRM tools to diligently track customer interactions and update sales pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead conversion rates.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing resolutions and maintaining satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and performance metrics regularly.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of product features to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
