Job Description

We are looking Professional Technical Assistant for manual soldering, who can handles soldering of SMT components, rework, cleaning and inspection of Commercial grade & mil grade assembled boards.

Role & Responsibilities


• Soldering of components on PCB,


• undertake correct placement and orientation of components and demonstrate (amount of solder feeding, sufficient flux addition, correct positioning and vector speed of nozzle) while holding the equipment


• Set the soldering jig/ fixture as per the work specifications.


• Gather all components to be soldered as per the specifications


• Set the Solder station temperature as per the work and component specifications and measure the same using temperature measuring device.


• Select the correct solder bit and soldering wire for the given work.


• Clean solder bits, component leads and boards of any contamination


• Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines

Required Skill


• Read and understand basics of Layout & component specifications


• knowledge of contamination of PCBs, components and soldering material


• knowledge of cleaning procedures and processes


• Aware of operational characteristics of soldering stations


• Knowledge of Soldering in SMT & through hole components


• Understanding on technical literature/ parameters

Qualification


• Minimum ITI/ Diploma (ECE, E&I)


• Minimum Years of Experience: 1- 3 Yrs.


• Initiative, self-motivated, dynamic, highly communicative and a great team player.
