Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for an Intern - Founder's Office (Growth & Strategy). The intern will work closely with the founder to support strategic projects, analyse market trends, and develop actionable insights for business growth. Responsibilities include assisting with strategic decision-making, performing data analysis, preparing presentations, conducting competitor research, and implementing growth-oriented initiatives to drive company objectives forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the founder in closing new clients by preparing proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
- Conduct deep research to discover up-and-coming D2C brands, startups, and fast-growing companies for outreach.
- Build aesthetic, high-impact client decks that reflect Digital Alchemist's premium brand identity.
- Support planning & execution of brand outreach, cold emails, and lead qualification.
- Assist in internal strategy, brainstorming sessions, and high-level decision-making.
- Coordinate with design, content, and performance teams to ensure smooth project flow.
- Help manage CRM, pipelines, and client communication workflows.
- Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, and summaries for founder-level interactions.
Requirements
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, D2C growth, or business strategy.
- Excellent communication & writing skills, you should be able to craft clean, crisp, client-facing messages.
- Eye for aesthetics, you should know what a premium deck looks like.
- Proficiency in Canva, Google Slides, or Keynote is a huge plus.
- Comfortable with research, outreach, and analysing new brands.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Bonus: Experience in BD, sales, internships at agencies, or creating decks.
