Team Leader – SalesJob Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Train and assist team members in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
• Monitor daily performance, assign tasks, and ensure proper follow-up on leads and inquiries.
• Review calls, track follow-ups, and provide improvement feedback to team members.
• Support the team in closing sales by joining calls, meetings, and client discussions when needed.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share them with management.
• Conduct team meetings, target reviews, and performance evaluations regularly.
• Ensure the team follows company policies, CRM process, and documentation standards.
• Resolve customer issues escalated by team members and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with marketing, admissions, and operations teams to streamline the sales funnel.
• Drive new initiatives to improve productivity, conversions, and lead quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in education, edtech, or service-based industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Good analytical skills and report-making abilities.
• Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
