Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Driller, based in the Greater Hyderabad Area with flexibility for some work from home. The Driller will be responsible for operating and managing drilling equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, inspecting equipment regularly, and performing directional drilling activities. Coordination with team members and maintaining operational efficiency in oil and gas drilling projects will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment used in drilling processes
• Experience in drilling and directional drilling techniques, including knowledge of tools and methodologies
• Strong inspection skills to ensure equipment and operations meet safety and regulatory standards
• Familiarity with oil and gas industry operations
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in challenging environments
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
