The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Manager 2 to lead our Brokerage product charter, driving the evolution of Syfe's trading and investing experience.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in Singapore and India — design, engineering, growth, compliance, and operations — to define, build, and scale products that empower users to trade and invest with confidence.

What You'll Do

Drive key product roadmap initiatives for Syfe's brokerage platform across equities, ETFs, and new trading products.

Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams across India and Singapore to define priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners in business, compliance, operations, and marketing to ensure smooth execution and adoption.

Translate customer insights, data, and market trends into clear product strategies and actionable plans.

Lead product development cycles from discovery to launch, ensuring speed, quality, and alignment across regions.

Track and improve key performance metrics across acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and streamline investing journeys for both new and advanced traders.

Contribute to shaping Syfe's global brokerage strategy and the future of investing experiences across markets.

What We're Looking For

4–7 years of product management experience in digital consumer products, preferably fintech, trading, or financial platforms.

Proven ability to take a 0 to 1 or 1 to 100 product through ideation, launch, and continuous iteration.

Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, metrics, and comfortable with data tools (SQL, Redshift, Metabase, Amplitude, etc.) for behavioural and funnel analysis.

Deep empathy for users and passion for crafting intuitive, trustworthy investing experiences.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can translate complexity into clarity for engineers, designers, and business teams alike.

A genuine curiosity about markets, trading, and helping everyday investors succeed.

Prior experience with brokerage, trading, or wealth management products is a good to have and a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience building high-trust consumer interfaces.
