So, what's the gig?

We're looking for a Waiter who loves great service, good food, and even better company. You'll be the face of hospitality — welcoming guests, offering recommendations, and ensuring that every visit ends with a smile (and maybe a new favourite beer).

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a lively environment, takes pride in attentive service, and finds joy in making people happy.

What You'll Own

• Welcome guests like friends: Greet and seat guests with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality.
• Take and serve orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders and ensure timely, correct delivery.
• Know what's on tap: Learn about our craft beers, cocktails, and menu so you can make thoughtful recommendations.
• Ensure smooth coordination: Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar for seamless service.
• Maintain your section: Keep your area clean, organised, and guest-ready throughout service.
• Handle bills and queries: Present bills, process payments, and respond to guest questions with professionalism.
• Be a team player: Support your colleagues during busy service and maintain a positive, collaborative environment.

If You're Thinking "That's Me", Then We're Already on the Same Page

• 2–4 years of experience in restaurant or bar service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused demeanour
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and F&B operations
• Attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours
• A genuine passion for hospitality, learning, and teamwork
