Role Overview:

Were looking for a passionate Software Engineer - Flutter with 34 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performing, and visually stunning mobile applications. Youll collaborate closely with our product, design, and backend teams to create seamless cross-platform experiences using Flutter and Dart.

Youll be building solutions that go beyond traditional keyword search, working on cutting-edge systems that understand user intent and optimize ranking in high-scale environments.

What youll do:

• Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to transform concepts into responsive and scalable mobile experiences.
• Implement state management solutions (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, GetX) ensuring clean architecture and maintainable code.
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency across Android and iOS.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase services (Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Analytics), and third-party SDKs.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain best practices, and ensure code quality across the mobile codebase.
• Stay current with the latest Flutter ecosystem updates, mobile UI trends, and emerging technologies.

Who You Are:

• 34 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart for mobile application development.
• Proven record of published apps on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Solid understanding of mobile architectures, UI/UX design principles, and state management patterns.
• Experience integrating Firebase, API-driven backends, and local storage solutions (Hive, SQLite).
• Working knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development.
• Familiar with version control systems (Git) and agile development practices.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Codemagic, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of unit, widget, and integration testing within the Flutter ecosystem.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to performance optimization.
• Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills and ownership-driven attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative, and product-focused environment.
