Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - O&M (Operation & Maintenance) TMS & ATMS based in Indore. Responsibilities include overseeing the operation and maintenance of Toll Management Systems (TMS) and Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS). The role involves supervising teams, ensuring the smooth execution of operations, identifying and resolving technical issues, coordinating with clients, and maintaining system efficiency. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in ensuring the high performance and reliability of systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience and expertise in Operation & Maintenance for TMS and ATMS
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Proficiency with IT, telecom systems, and fiber solutions
  • Team leadership and coordination skills, with experience in overseeing operational teams
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work on-site in Indore and manage field operations effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications in TMS, ATMS, or network infrastructure are an advantage
