Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a talented individual who has experience with Open Text XECM Content server. The role involves working with content server, OTDS, and Archive center versions 16.x and later. The responsibilities include installations, upgrades, configuration, user and workspace management, OTDS deployment, and handling incident alerts and support calls. The candidate should also be capable of identifying and coordinating with teams for issue resolution, and deploying releases, patches, and hot fixes. Knowledge of xECM for SuccessFactors, xECM for SAP, and Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and OpenText is a plus.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Open Text ECM
  • Strong understanding of content server, OTDS, and Archive center
  • Experience in working with web reports and live reports
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
