Job OverviewThe primary job would be to provide IT consultancy services to the IBV ofCDOT which has been assigned the task of making Digital by Design compliance ofthe new Telecommunication Act 2023 of Department of Telecom and alsounification of 40+ its portals.  Work willinvolve understanding telecom business processes from the concerned DoT wings,analyze, reengineering and help in IT solution designing. You will be requiredto work closely on planning for digital transition of paper -based processes,identify digital process gaps and implementation strategies in the new unifiedsoftware solution to bridge the gap. You would be working in close coordinationwith the DoT officials and IBV of CDOT Management. RequirementsKey Responsibilities Providetechnology consulting services, including solution development strategy,digital transformation, and IT roadmap creation.AssessDoT's current technology infrastructure, processes, and systems to identifyareas for improvement and optimization to implement Digital by Design versionof Telecommunication Act 2023.Collaboratewith DoT to design and recommend technology solutions that align with theirbusiness objectives, budget, and timeline.Buildstrong client relationships based on trust and mutual understanding byunderstanding DoT's business needs, challenges, and goals.Evaluateand recommend appropriate solutions and technologies to IBV of CDOT to helpmeeting DoT's needs.Stayup -to -date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices toprovide clients with cutting -edge solutions.Assist inpreparing high -quality work products for clients and other related parties in atimely manner. Masters degree preferredMin 5 yearsof experience of working as consultant IT with a reputed firm.Experience in TechnologyConsulting projects – as a member of internal or external team.Knowledge of modern ITconcepts and trends (e.g., Cloud, AI/ML, Digitalization, Agile, No Code/LowCode, Block Chain, BI, Mobile developments etc.).Strong problem -solving skillsand the ability to think critically.Excellent communication andpresentation skills.Ability to workcollaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.Excellence in PowerPoint,knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and Unified ModelingLanguage (UML)Fluency in English andcapability to prepare DPRs, MIS reports, professional technical solutiondocuments.Knowledge in modern GenerativeAI tools would be a valuable asset.
