At KairosVector, we are not just checking compliance boxes, we're shaping how organizations secure information systems and AI systems in the era of new regulations and evolving threats.

We're looking for an individual contributor who wants to own the implementation end-to-end:

  • Drive ISO ISMS) and ISO AIMS) implementations for clients and for KairosVector itself
  • Prepare organizations for certification, from gap analysis to external audit readiness
  • Build policies, controls, and documentation that actually work in practice, not just on paper
  • Align with global frameworks (NIST, SOC 2, NIS2, CRA, IEC to broaden impact

What we expect

  • 4+ years in cybersecurity GRC, with proven implementation track record
  • Deep hands-on experience in ISO 27001; strong exposure to ISO full projects or pilot implementations)
  • Mandatory certifications:
  • ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer
  • ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer
  • Preferred: Lead Auditor certifications, plus CISM, CISSP, CRISC
  • Good to have: Experience in a Big 4 consulting environment or equivalent structured advisory role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹268, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
