Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Python Developer to lead our team. As a Python Developer Team Lead, you will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable web applications and APIs, and for guiding and mentoring junior developers. You'll lead a team of developers to create innovative solutions and provide technical leadership to our projects. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications using Python and Django.
  • Architect robust, scalable, and efficient server-side applications.
  • Design and maintain high-performance APIs to support various client-facing and internal applications.
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code, enforcing best practices for software development.
  • Optimize applications for speed and scalability, ensuring high performance.
  • Implement and enforce security and data protection best practices in the application development process.
  • Lead the integration of front-end elements with server-side logic, working closely with front-end developers.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues with both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, maintain code quality, and ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Work closely with project managers, designers, and other teams to deliver new features and updates, and manage project timelines.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relatedfield.
  • 2.5+ years of experience working with Python and Django, with proven leadership experience.
  • Expert understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
  • Extensive experience with database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Expertise in version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
