Hiring: Factory Manager – JK Spices

Location: Unjha, Gujarat

Salary: Range ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 NTH/month -TA + Bonus + Other Perks

Role Overview:

JK Spices is looking for a dynamic Factory Manager to lead end-to-end operations at our Gujarat facility. This role demands hands-on leadership across all shift operations, ensuring seamless production, compliance, and team coordination in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (any stream)

• Experience: Minimum 7-8 years in factory/plant management

• Sector Preference: FMCG (Spices, Food Processing, or similar)

• Shift Handling: Must have experience managing multi-shift operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all shift operations to ensure uninterrupted production

• Drive production planning, resource allocation, and manpower scheduling

• Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and hygiene protocols

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams: QA, Maintenance, HR, Dispatch/Supply chain

• Monitor raw material usage, inventory, and dispatch timelines

• Implement cost control measures and process improvements

• Ensure statutory compliance and documentation

• Mentor and motivate factory staff for performance and accountability
