What you will do Manage workload within the Project Delivery and Build team, ensuring project tracking tools are accurate and up-to-date. Initiate and manage project delivery in line with Project Delivery Management guidelines and customer expectations. Provide technical implementation management in GDC Data Centres, including hardware/software procurement and installation coordination. Ensure configuration data is accurately implemented in the configuration management database and change control processes are followed. Support Service Delivery objectives through full project management of complex internal deliveries using PRINCE2 framework. Gain Operational QA approval and ensure alignment with GDC Operations Unit standards. Review and improve VT-IS processes related to Project Delivery Management, ensuring rollout across GDC teams. Strong IT delivery management experience, particularly in infrastructure implementation. Proven coordination and stakeholder management capabilities. In-depth knowledge of ITIL Service Management practices and IT/Data Centre process standards. Experience in IT service provisioning within the telecommunications industry. Fluency in English and ability to work across international teams. Strong project management skills (PRINCE2 certification preferred).
