About the Program:
MyQuest's objective is to provide a holistic development platform for young people as well as provide a lifelong, continuous learning opportunity to disadvantaged youth. We use content, pedagogy and technology, to drive the delivery of teaching and learning. Through our signature blended learning approach we develop critical life-work skills that are critical for success in the 21st century. Our curriculum includes media elements like games, videos, audio, and visuals as well as the use of dictionaries for vernacular translations.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage data systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and support field teams in adopting digital platforms effectively. They will also contribute to process documentation, testing new features, and ensuring that data-driven insights inform program decisions.
This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, data, and education, contributing to meaningful impact by enhancing learner engagement and improving system efficiency across our partner institutions.
Role and Responsibilities:

Provide support and work closely with the regional team to ensure error-free data on the admin panel.

Support uploading the data to the centre sheets of ITI or centres on the admin panel whenever required.

Provide support to the State/Regional teams on AEL/Engagement data.
-
Support the State/Regional teams on MQOPS data for the reviews.
-
Share data on engagement, demographics, and other program-related trends with teams on a weekly/monthly/biweekly basis.
-
Provide support for updating accurate data on L3 decks on time.
-
Support regional and project teams in collating the required data for reporting.
-
Work closely with the M&E team to support accurate data presentation on dashboards.

Build partners' capacity on data input tools and admin panels.
-
Orient and support internal team members, such as regional program teams and interns, on data SoP.
-
Gather feedback from regional and state teams on data processes and tools, and communicate updates or changes effectively to all stakeholders.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of data processes, tools, and best practices, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and across departments.

Provide technical support to team members and partners regarding the use of data management systems and troubleshooting issues on the admin panel.

Implement regular quality checks and audits to ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to QUESTApp, hardware, and networking at partner sites.
-
Collaborate with internal and external parties to build capacity on QUESTApp features and management.

Support in procuring, assembling, and furbishing Learn Pi (Raspberry Pi) devices for deployment at project sites

Track, manage, and escalate incidents to ensure timely resolution of L1 issues

Manage the inventory of ES labs in your region.

Share issue resolution reports with state teams on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Document common technical issues, resolutions, and best practices to support continuous learning.

Work closely with development teams to provide field feedback and suggest improvements to the QUESTApp. Gather feedback from end-users and partners to continuously enhance technical support services.

Extending support to QA team members to set up IT labs at project sites

Support the team in guiding NGO partners on troubleshooting-related issues
-
Sharing the unapproved facilitator details to state teams weekly to approve the users
-
Ensure the key staff at the state and district office have a clear understanding of the processes and support them as required

Respond to team request in a timely manner
-
Taking ownership for the relevant work and being available for performance review and periodic meetings
-
Being available to respond to the request of the Youth team.

Participating actively in the Youth planning and review meetings and team meeting
Requirements Required Attributes: Qualifications & Experience

A Bachelor's degree in data science or computer science.
-
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in troubleshooting softwares, hardware and networking
-
Proficiency in handling worksheets and databases.
-
Proficiency in managing applications front and backend admin panels.
-
Experience in data visualization and relevant skills will be added value.

Good communication skills in English and one regional language.

The candidate should be flexible, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and an energetic team player

Salary: The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 32,000/- per month (cost to company) (The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate)
