About the Role:

I'm looking for a smart, reliable, and highly organized
Executive Associate
to work
directly with me
on day-to-day operations, coordination, and follow-ups across different parts of the business.

This is not a typical assistant role — you'll be involved in real projects, learn how decisions are made, and take ownership of diverse responsibilities including coordination, research, reporting, and task execution.

The role involves working closely with me from our office, so confidentiality, presence, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with different departments (content, HR, legal, marketing, design, etc.) and ensure timely task updates.
  • Maintain the task tracking system (Bitrix24 / desktime / Sheets) and prepare daily & weekly summaries.
  • Conduct research on competitors, websites, and tools as assigned.
  • Review deliverables (content, marketing, or tech) and share structured feedback.
  • Assist with hiring coordination, documentation, and team reporting.
  • Communicate with vendors, agencies, or legal partners when required.
  • Handle small administrative or personal coordination tasks (bookings, logistics, etc.).
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all internal and personal information.
  • Be available to assist occasionally beyond office hours when required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Organized, disciplined, and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Strong sense of ownership and confidentiality.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or Trello.
  • Willing to learn and adapt quickly to new processes.
  • Based in Bhopal or nearby, and willing to work
