New Product Development (NPD) Lead – Hardware Industry

Preferred Experience:

Hardware industry background

Key Responsibilities:

  • New product design & development from concept to production.
  • Preparation of design layouts, 3D modeling, and product drawings using AutoCAD and related design software.
  • Tool and fixture design for new product development.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Purchase) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and prototype validation.
  • Ensure compliance with product quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Continuous improvement and innovation in product development processes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Tool Design.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD & 3D Modeling Software (SolidWorks/Creo/other).
  • Hands-on experience in Product Design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have hardware/automobile industry experience.

Education Qualification:

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
