Job Description: Assistant Vice President Sales
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies
that drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
● Lead and manage high-performing sales teams, providing coaching, guidance, and support to
ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
● Foster strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored
solutions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
● Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and
develop strategies to address them.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and
operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
● Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
Key Requirements:
● 7-10 years of experience in luxury sales leadership roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
● Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
● Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience, with the ability to
● motivate and manage high-performing sales teams.
● Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
● Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,306, ₹2,628,039.64 per year
