About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Senior Accountant
to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support strategic financial decision-making.

Experience: 4–7 years

Location: Nashik

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Oversee payroll accounting and employee expense settlements.
  • Manage balance sheet finalization and support in audit activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in core accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in financial analysis and MIS reporting.
  • Knowledge of advanced Excel tools and automation (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Exposure to audit and taxation processes.
