Description
Job Title: Supervisor – Transaction Processing

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Flexible (Willingness to extend during volume spikes)

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the BPO industry.
  • Prior experience as a Team Lead is mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Graduate degree is a must.
  • Experience in US Healthcare processes is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of transaction processing associates.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to provide support and address concerns.
  • Set individual goals for team members, provide coaching, and review performance.
  • Ensure daily targets are met with consistent quality and timely delivery.
  • Handle client communications and ensure queries are resolved within agreed timelines.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external stakeholder emails.
  • Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Support production management and contribute to controlling employee attrition.
  • Collaborate with managers to meet client-defined performance metrics.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in shift timings and readiness to extend hours during high-volume periods.
