Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations to generate qualified leads.
  • Explain features and benefits of our products such as Robotic Labs, STEM Labs, E-Library, smart boards, tablets, AI labs, and e-learning platforms.
  • Identify decision-makers (principals, directors, school owners) and schedule product demos or meetings with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Follow up on leads via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture interest.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
  • Share feedback from potential clients to improve outreach and messaging.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tele calling or lead generation (preferably in Ed-Tech, IT, or B2B sectors).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (as needed).
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
  • Basic knowledge of educational products like smart boards, coding labs, or e-learning solutions is a plus.
  • Comfortable using CRM and basic MS Office tools.
