. Operations Management

  • Oversee end-to-end daily hub operations ensuring timely and accurate dispatch and delivery.
  • Ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics flow.
  • Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain high standards of hub hygiene, safety, and compliance.

2. Team Management

  • Lead and supervise a team of hub staff including supervisors, delivery executives, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular training and performance evaluations.
  • Create duty rosters and ensure proper manpower planning.
  • Foster a productive and motivating work environment.

3. Inventory Control

  • Manage stock levels to ensure adequate inventory without overstocking.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading process.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

4. Customer Satisfaction

  • Ensure quick resolution of customer escalations related to hub operations.
  • Collaborate with customer support and other departments to maintain service level agreements (SLAs).

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and share operational and performance reports with management.
  • Maintain records related to shipments, returns, staff attendance, etc.
  • Monitor key performance metrics like TAT, order processing, cost per delivery, etc.

6. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety drills and equipment inspection.
  • Implement preventive measures to reduce operational risks.

7. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as liaison between central operations, vendors, local authorities, and hub teams.
  • Communicate updates, process changes, and targets effectively to the team.
  • Implement new technologies or SOPs as instructed by management.

8. Cost & Resource Management

  • Control operational expenses within allocated budgets.
  • Plan and utilize resources efficiently (vehicles, manpower, equipment, etc.).
