We are seeking a qualified, dynamic, and passionate Academic Coordinator to oversee academic operations, mentor teachers, and actively participate in classroom teaching to ensure engaging and effective learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the academic affairs of the school on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that teachers perform their duties effectively and maintain teaching standards.
  • Regularly check students' notebooks, classwork, and lesson progress to monitor teaching outcomes.
  • Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and support to teachers to help them improve their teaching techniques.
  • Teach selected classes and demonstrate interactive, student-centered, and engaging teaching methods.
  • Develop lesson plans, organise classroom activities, and implement innovative ideas to enhance learning.
  • Plan and organize academic events, competitions, and workshops for students.
  • Coordinate between management, staff, and parents to ensure smooth academic functioning.
  • Handle academic challenges, conflicts, and disciplinary issues with fairness and professionalism.
  • Ensure timely completion of syllabus, assessments, and academic reports.
  • Introduce and encourage creative teaching techniques that make learning fun, practical, and impactful.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Master's Degree in any discipline.
  • Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching or academic coordination experience preferred.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent classroom teaching and communication skills.
  • Ability to design and conduct interactive, activity-based lessons.
  • Quick decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for developing innovative academic ideas.
