Logistics Manager – Forward & Reverse Operations | Gurugram - Hybrid 3 day office

We're hiring an experienced Logistics Manager to lead both forward and reverse logistics for a global tech-driven consumer brand. The role demands strong execution, vendor management, and analytical capabilities to optimize end-to-end movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage forward & reverse logistics across India and global markets.


• Coordinate with 3PL partners for dispatches, returns, and last-mile operations.


• Oversee freight, warehousing, and transportation efficiency.


• Ensure accurate documentation, tracking, and cost optimization.


• Collaborate with supply chain & customer support teams for seamless fulfillment.

Requirements:


• 7–10 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management.


• Strong exposure to 3PL operations, vendor contracts & ERP tools (SAP/NetSuite preferred).


• Excellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skills.


• Background in E-commerce / Consumer Electronics / FMCG preferred.
