Location: Bandra East, BKC (Near Family Court)

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage daily operations across online marketplaces and brand websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace management, catalogue handling, sales analysis, and performance optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others
  • Optimize product content, keywords, titles, images, and A+ content for better visibility and conversion
  • Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and coordinate with warehouse/operations team
  • Track advertising campaigns (AMS, Flipkart Ads, etc.) and optimize for higher ROI
  • Maintain inventory levels and avoid stock-outs across platforms
  • Analyze sales reports, competitor trends, pricing strategies, and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and complaint resolution
  • Run promotions, coupons, deals, and participate in sale events
  • Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace dashboards
  • Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Experience in product listing optimization and advertising management preferred
