Required Skills and Experience :
- Education : Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience : Should have 18 years of experience of managing large transformation programs and projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in IT services, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
- Leadership Skills : Demonstrated success in leading large, diverse teams and managing complex, multifaceted projects. Strong skills in team development, coaching, and performance management.
- Technical Proficiency : Deep understanding of modern application development, cloud-native solutions, AI/ML, industrial IoT, and digital experience technologies.
- Business Acumen : Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate technology solutions into business value. Proven experience in managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and technical teams.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making : Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions based on data and insights. Proven track record of successfully addressing complex challenges and driving results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Delivery Management : Owning and managing delivery of digital portfolio of customers from delivery and operations perspective; Responsible for P&L of a portfolio ranging between around $50-100 million. Focal point of contact for key customers in the portfolio. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs aligned to strategic business goals.
- Thought Leadership : Leading new age organizations launch world class human-centric solutions that re-imagine experiences with digital, data, AI and technology at their core. Along with experience of managing support and maintenance programs across domains. Participation in organizations strategic initiatives and should be able to lead some of them.
- Team Management : Empower delivery managers, program and project Managers and ensure Account/Program/Project risks and issues are addressed effectively. Mentor and manage execution teams that both interface with clients/ customers and internal stakeholders to deliver to the desired goals
- Growth Mindset : Own the growth of the portfolio and be responsible for hiring and offboarding decisions Be the catalyst for portfolio growth by actively working with sales and horizontals (technology streams) owners, participating and engaging in RFP response, Due Diligence and Proposal making. Facilitate communication upward and across project teams
- Business management : Monitor projects/programs, revenue, Margins, Revenue Growth, yield per employee and customer satisfaction
- Key performance measurement parameters are Delivery excellence, C-SAT, Margins, Contribution to revenue growth, and operational parameters like utilization, pyramid, freshers induction, productivity improvement through processes and automation
