Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.
  • Recruit for junior and mid-level roles across various domains.
  • Handle the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Utilize all major job portals and recruitment platforms effectively.
  • Conduct reference checks and candidate mapping for urgent requirements.
  • Negotiate salary and terms with candidates when required after offer rollout.
  • Schedule and coordinate telephonic interviews with candidates.
  • Perform mass mailing and job posting to attract maximum resumes for various profiles.
  • Maintain and update an internal candidate database for future hiring needs.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in US IT or Non-IT Recruitment is an advantage (freshers may also apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to source, screen, and evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence in speaking with candidates.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work night shifts
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Special Note

  • For freshers, there will be a training period of 36 months.
  • A stipend will be provided during the training period.
