To lead and manage the two-wheeler showroom sales team, achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth for the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to increase showroom footfall and conversions.
  • Team Management
  • Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives.
  • Motivate and guide the sales team to deliver results.
  • Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings and performance reviews.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate referrals.
  • Business Development
  • Identify new business opportunities in the local market.
  • Implement promotional activities to boost sales.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and events.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Track competitor activities and suggest strategies.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
