Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across corporate office and store locations.
- Manage housekeeping, security, office maintenance, and pantry services.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC renewals, procurement, repairs, and facility management.
- Handle asset management inventory tracking, allocation, and record maintenance.
- Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees and visitors.
- Ensure timely payment of utility bills, rentals, and administrative invoices.
- Support in event management, meetings, and internal functions.
- Maintain compliance with safety, statutory, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain administrative MIS, trackers, and dashboards for management reporting.
- Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities in admin operations.
