He/she is expected to verify and validate each document as per the client's compliances and raise findings if he/she finds any document to be missing or incomplete resulting in non-compliance. Applicant is expected to work within tight timelines and ensure 100% accuracy and compliance

Job Role involves:

  • Verifying documentation for the on-boarding of consultants for a client project with Collabera
  • Working with internal team and operations to resolve any observations or findings that do not meet the quality standard.
  • Providing iterative performance analysis depending on client & process requirements.
  • Following quality standards and processes rigorously through checklist and is responsible for complying with all QMS Policies and procedures.
  • Should be adaptive towards new process, challenges, and can co-relate with change management
  • Completes audit work papers and memorandums by documenting audit tests and findings.
  • Communicates audit progress and findings by preparing reports; providing information in meetings
  • Understanding the nuances of policies and practices of the client which you are supporting.
  • Reviewing the training materials to ensure compliance with the predefined process and guidelines.
  • Understanding the entire cycle of process and delivering results without error.
  • Understanding the business terminologies like Bill Rate, Pay Rate, Mark-up, Straight Time, Overtime and Double Time.
  • Sharing inputs related to error trends and process updates with the Team Leads and Manager.
  • Following up regularly with stakeholders through email and voice/video calls.

Job role requires:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Post-Graduation/Graduation from any stream.
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Quick learner Self-motivated, Aggressive, Innovative and Enthusiastic temperament. The position requires high level of concentration, due diligence and cross-validating skills

  • 1+years working experience in similar industry
