We are expanding our service and after-sales network to provide prompt technical support and installation services to our customers across India.

Role OverviewThe Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Warpp and Lincoln Electric welding machines at client sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and a customer-oriented approach.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, commissioning, and testing of welding machines (MIG, TIG, ARC, SAW types).
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
  • Diagnose electrical/mechanical faults and replace defective components.
  • Provide technical support and demonstrations for machine operation to customers and sales teams.
  • Maintain service records, reports, and customer feedback logs.
  • Coordinate with the sales and purchase teams for warranty claims, spare parts, and replacements.
  • Ensure timely service visits and customer satisfaction through quick response and quality work.
  • Support service camps, exhibitions, and training programs organized by Shivshakti Metal.
