A Brief Overview:
The Revenue Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting sales and operational teams to achieve business goals. This position is responsible for managing and processing incoming prospect leads, ensuring compliance with sales rules, and resolving conflicts to support timely account setup. This individual works cross-functionally to help the sales and operations team meet deadlines and exceed goals.
What you will do:
· Manage incoming prospect leads in a timely manner and ensure they are processed in the order received.
· Ensure all leads and new accounts are compliant with sales Rules of Engagement (ROE) and resolve ROE conflicts when needed.
· Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed to gather and/or validate prospect information.
· Navigate complex processes by independently managing diverse and intricate rules and workflows.
· Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities for enhancements and upgrades.
· Organize and manage department-related documents and resources.
· Foster a positive work environment through open communication and cross-functional collaboration.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
· Comply with all policies and standards.
Education Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree required
Experience Qualifications
· Typically 1+ years required
· CRM experience (i.e. ) preferred
Skills and Abilities
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organization, presentation and facilitation skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
