  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Office Management: Handle day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork.
  • Communication: Interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.
  • Reception: Handle front desk duties when needed.
  • Accounting Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (e.g., Tally).
  • Invoicing: Process invoices, issue checks, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ledgers and Budgets: Update financial ledgers and assist in budget tracking.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare basic financial reports as needed.
  • Qualifications:
  • Education: A degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or related fields.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, basic accounting software, and organizational tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills for client/vendor interactions.
  • Attributes:
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle diverse tasks and switch between administrative and accounting duties.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Integrity: Handle financial information with confidentiality and honesty.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
