Office Executive

- Administrative Tasks:
- Office Management: Handle day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork.
- Communication: Interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.
- Reception: Handle front desk duties when needed.
- Accounting Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Invoicing: Process invoices, issue checks, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Ledgers and Budgets: Update financial ledgers and assist in budget tracking.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare basic financial reports as needed.
- Qualifications:
- Education: A degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or related fields.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, basic accounting software, and organizational tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
- Communication: Effective communication skills for client/vendor interactions.
- Attributes:
- Adaptability: Ability to handle diverse tasks and switch between administrative and accounting duties.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Integrity: Handle financial information with confidentiality and honesty.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
