We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Executive to support our growing operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination between teams and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Team Assistance:

o Collaborate with the sales team to provide operational support and ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

o Respond to inquiries related to freight rates, shipping schedules, and routes.

  1. Rate Management:

o File and maintain accurate freight rates for various routes in the system.

o Update rate changes promptly and communicate effectively with the relevant teams.

  1. Invoice Generation:

o Prepare and issue invoices with accuracy and in a timely manner.

o Resolve any billing discrepancies in coordination with the finance team.

  1. Vessel Tracking:

o Monitor vessel schedules and provide updates on arrivals, departures, and delays.

o Share vessel location details with clients and internal teams to ensure transparency.

  1. Documentation Support:

o Assist the documentation team with the preparation and verification of export and import documents.

o Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as Bills of Lading and shipment invoices, are accurate and compliant.

Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

· 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related role.

· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with logistics software is a plus.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
