Job Description

Job Title: Content Creator - Learning Management Systems (Australian Process)

  • Develop engaging and informative content, including written materials, videos, and interactive courses for the Knowledge Hub.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather accurate information and ensure the content is relevant and up-to-date.
  • Utilize various multimedia tools to create high-quality videos and visual content that enhance the learning experience.
  • Organize and structure content in a user-friendly manner to facilitate easy navigation and effective learning.
  • Continuously update and improve existing content based on feedback and new information.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and educational standards.
  • Work closely with the training and development team to identify learning needs and create appropriate content.
  • Monitor the usage and effectiveness of the content, adjusting as and when necessary to improve engagement and outcomes.

Eligibility:

  • Proven experience in content creation, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in multimedia tools and software for creating videos and interactive content.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and work as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online education platforms.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for learning and development.
  • Experience in the Logistics / Shipping Industry will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with corporate training or adult education will be advantageous.

Additional Details:

  • Immediate Joiner required.
  • Work From Office On Contract Basis for 4-6 months.
  • Work Timings: Australian Shift Monday - Friday (5:30 am to 2:30 pm IST).
