- Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with core insurance platforms, third-party systems, and APIs.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce best practices.
Responsibilities :

- Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with core insurance platforms, third-party systems, and APIs.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce best practices.
- Work with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud modules.
- Customize and optimize data models, security settings, and automation processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts and testers to ensure end-to-end delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Support Salesforce release management, deployments, and version control.
- Adhere to RSAs security and compliance standards, ensuring data integrity and governance.
- Document system designs, configuration, and technical specifications
