Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Zonal Manager Closing  for a reputed Real Estate Company at Mumbai / Pune/ Delhi  NCR Location.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling site Sales closing.
  • Handling lead management
  • Managing syndicate Channel Partners leads.
  • Assist the team in obtaining the objectives and competently organize and execute the work. 
  • Educating them on new projects, coordinating and channelizing their efforts in order to achieve increased sales and profitability.
  • Managing and marketing operations.

Candidate's Profile:

  • Very Good English Communication.
  • Good Coordination and convincing skills.
  • Should have handled a team handling experience.
  • Promotion within the same company is preferred.
  • Developer vertical would be preferred.
  • Should be process oriented & not an individual sales guy.
  • Should be good in excel & have good market knowledge.
