Job Summary

As a Senior Product Analyst at VMock, you will play a key role in evaluating product performance, conducting market and user research, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support the development, enhancement, and successful launch of product features. You will leverage data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen the overall user experience. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about building impactful products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and user research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
  • Analyze product performance metrics to uncover insights and recommend enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Success) to ideate, prioritize, and deliver new product features.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, requirement specifications, and feature documentation.
  • Prepare user guides, release notes, FAQs, and other product documentation.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure feature development aligns with product requirements and timelines.
  • Partner with marketing teams to create go-to-market plans, product positioning, and messaging.
  • Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify pain points and drive continuous improvement.
  • Deliver product-related training to internal teams and, when needed, external customers.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Data Analytics).
  • 2+ years of experience in product management or product analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with feature design, wireframing, user journey mapping, user analytics, and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
  • Solid understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.
