Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back End Developer located in Mumbai. The Back End Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining server-side web applications, handling database integrations, creating APIs, and optimizing system performance. The role involves collaborating with the team to ensure smooth integration with front-end components, implementing efficient coding practices, and contributing to the overall software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of Front-End Development
  • Excellent Programming skills in relevant languages and frameworks
  • Familiarity with database management and API development
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

Must-Have Skills

  • / NestJS preferred)
  • MySQL (Query optimization, indexing, schema design)
  • AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM)

  • API Development: REST, GraphQL, API authentication & security (JWT, OAuth)
  • JavaScript & TypeScript (strong hands-on experience)
  • Microservices Architecture (designing scalable distributed systems)
  • Caching Solutions: Redis, Memcached
  • Message Queues: AWS SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka (good to have)
  • Containerization: Docker (basic deployment & debugging)
