Our multidisciplinary team provides services including Occupational Therapy, Special Education, ABA Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Pediatric Physiotherapy.
--- Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist /physiotherapist to join our team. The candidate will work with children with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and other neurodevelopmental conditions to help them develop, recover, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and learning.
--- Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify developmental delays, sensory processing issues, and motor coordination challenges. Design and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance fine motor, gross motor, self-care, sensory integration, and cognitive-perceptual skills. Provide direct therapy sessions using evidence-based practices. Collaborate with special educators, speech therapists, psychologists, and parents to ensure holistic care. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and treatment records. Educate parents and caregivers on home-based activities and strategies for generalization of skills. Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and parent reviews. Adapt therapy materials to meet each child's needs and ensure an engaging and motivating therapy environment.
--- Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT) or BPT / MPT physiotherapy (neuro rehabilitation) from a recognized institution. Minimum 1 year of experience working with children or freshers with strong internships may apply and given preferences. Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy, sensory integration, and child development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
