We're looking for someone who
lives and breathes viral content,
someone who knows what's trending, what hooks work, and how to write content that grabs attention fast. You will support the Social Media Manager in building out YourHappyLife's brand and founder content across Instagram and LinkedIn, while learning how to scale content systems inside a fast-growing D2C brand.

You must be someone who scrolls smart. Someone who can turn a trending meme, tweet, or hook into a high-performing reel, carousel, or caption. Someone who understands structure, storytelling, and how content works, not just how it looks.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the Social Media Manager in building and executing monthly content calendars
  • Write high-performing copy for Reels, Carousels, Captions, LinkedIn Posts, and Stories
  • Help plan and script founder content and thought leadership for Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Research trends, creators, viral formats, hooks, and meme styles
  • Break down what's working for other brands and help replicate or improve it
  • Help script UGC videos, product reels, and influencer-style storytelling formats
  • Help build visual references and moodboards for creative direction
  • Organize and document content ideas in Notion or Trello
  • Support during content shoots (scripting, shot direction, prop prep)

You're Right for This If You

  • Have 5 - 6 years of experience in content writing or strategy (brand, agency, or creator side)
  • Are obsessed with reels, trends, memes, and social formats — especially in wellness, beauty, lifestyle
  • Have a strong sense of how to
    hook viewers early and keep them watching or reading
  • Write fast, punchy, clever copy that feels fresh and on-brand
  • Can write both for
    brand content
    and
    founder personal content
    (different tones, same quality)
  • Are organized, proactive, and hungry to grow fast
  • Bonus if you've worked on performance creatives or high-growth social pages
