Counter management executive

Cradle Child Care is looking for a polite, well-organized, and efficient Counter Management Executive to handle front desk operations, customer interaction, and basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and ensure smooth day-to-day counter operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist parents, visitors, and children at the counter
• Provide information about services, admission, and daily activities
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries
• Maintain visitor and enquiry records
• Manage billing and receipt handling at the front desk
• Coordinate with staff for internal communication and task follow-ups
• Monitor attendance and maintain basic data entry
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front counter area
• Support basic administrative work as required
• Handle customer concerns or route them to the appropriate department

Skills Required:

• 10th, 12th , Diploma to Pursuing or recently completed a Any degree
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and professional appearance
• Basic knowledge of computer operations (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6, ₹12,000.00 per month
