Join the AI innovation team at AnyMind Group as a Junior QA Engineer in our Bangalore office, where you'll contribute to building smart, scalable solutions within the AnyAI product suite.You'll work alongside AI product managers and engineers to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability for AI-powered marketing and commerce tools. What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with product, engineering and QA teams to test new features and releases of AnyAI across data‑connectors, analytics dashboards, generative‑AI modules, and enterprise workflows
  • Develop test plans, execute manual (and potentially automated) test cases, log defects and help ensure the platform meets quality, reliability and performance standards
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and ensure production readiness in a fast‑moving product environment
  • Work within an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
  • Use JIRA and Confluence for test case management, defect tracking, and documentation
  • Prepare and maintain test cases through Google Docs or Google Sheets
  • Monitor product behaviour in dev, staging and production environments; assist in identifying root‑causes of issues and suggest improvements
  • Help maintain QA documentation, assist in defining test processes and contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices

Who You Are
  • 1–3 years' experience in software quality engineering or QA roles—ideally in web/cloud platforms, SaaS or data/AI‑driven products.
  • Comfortable writing test cases, executing tests, logging defects and communicating results clearly.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset, curious about how data flows and AI modules work, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to collaborate with remote teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for AI, data and building enterprise‑scale platforms that make an impact.
  • Good understanding of software testing fundamentals (functional, regression, performance, UI) and some exposure to cloud‑based systems is a plus.
