BOE certificate Mandatory

• Statutory Compliance: Act as the primary Certified BOE authority for the plant. Ensure strict compliance with the [Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) / Local State Boiler Acts], managing all annual inspections, renewals, and regulatory audits.
• Operational Leadership: Manage and direct shift schedules for First and Second Class Boiler Attendants. Oversee start-up, shutdown, and emergency handling procedures.
• Maintenance Strategy: Plan and execute annual boiler overhauls, preventative maintenance (PM) schedules, and R&M (Repair & Maintenance) budgets. Coordinate with external vendors and boiler inspectors.
• Efficiency & Cost: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as steam-to-fuel ratio, thermal efficiency, and auxiliary power consumption. Implement projects to reduce fuel costs and improve sustainability.
• Safety & Training: Lead safety audits and conduct regular technical training for the boiler team. Ensure zero accidents and strict adherence to SOPs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Siltara, Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
