Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relations and Store Executive located in Saraswati Vihar. The role involves daily interaction with customers to understand their requirements and ensure excellent service. Responsibilities include managing customer relations, overseeing the store's day-to-day operations, assisting customers with product selections, and ensuring a smooth and memorable customer experience. The executive will also handle inquiries and collaborate with the design and production teams to fulfill client needs efficiently. Inventory management and maintaining accurate records will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Customer service and client relationship management skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory and store operations
- Communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with customers
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities to manage daily store operations
- Basic knowledge of fashion and understanding of customer preferences and trends
- Proficiency in using computer systems for records and sales management
- Prior retail or store management experience is a plus
