Job Title: Civil Engineer / Draftsman

About the Role

Aayatan Veda is looking for a disciplined, technically strong Civil Engineer who can ensure precision in planning and execution while honoring the Vastu intent of each project.

Your responsibility extends from preparing accurate drawings to coordinating with construction teams, ensuring every structural decision supports the design philosophy and energy alignment we stand for.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Drafting & Documentation

  • Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings based on sketches and Vastu guidelines.
  • Use CAD tools to create, update, and finalize plans, sections, and technical blueprints.
  • Maintain accuracy and version control across all project documents.

2. Vastu Compliance & Design Coordination

  • Assist in reviewing architectural plans to ensure alignment with Vastu principles.
  • Work closely with architects, designers, and Vastu consultants to interpret requirements.
  • Incorporate design feedback and update drawings with precision.

3. Site Coordination & Execution Support

  • Collaborate with site teams to resolve drawing or structural issues during execution.
  • Ensure on-ground implementation matches approved plans and technical standards.
  • Support project estimation, BOQs, and technical documentation as needed.

4. Quality, Safety & Standards

  • Ensure all drawings adhere to local codes, regulations, and construction norms.
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation for internal and client reviews.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and technical reports when required.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of structural design, estimation, and site coordination.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project management tools.
  • 1–3 years of experience in civil, architectural, or interior execution roles preferred.
  • Calm, detail-oriented, reliable, and aligned with Aayatan Veda's holistic approach.
