  • Visit assigned pharmacies, hospitals, and medical stores daily as per route plan.
  • Take order bookings for distributed pharmaceutical products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (volume and value).
  • Promote focus brands, new launches, and high-margin products.
  • Identify and develop new customers or uncovered areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with chemists and hospital procurement teams.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving billing, supply, or stock-related issues.
  • Gather market feedback on pricing, competitor activities, and demand trends.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per credit policy.
  • Track outstanding dues and coordinate with accounts for follow-up.
  • Reconcile statements with customers where required.
  • Maintain sound knowledge of all products, formulations, and substitutes.
  • Communicate company offers, schemes, and product benefits to retailers.
  • Submit daily visit reports (DCR) detailing orders, collections, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Participate in weekly sales review meetings.
  • Follow a structured route plan for maximum area coverage.
  • Ensure timely submission of orders for same-day dispatch.
  • Support the logistics team in resolving delivery or stock movement issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
